Description
Changent is seeking qualified individuals, firms, and collaborative teams for possible inclusion in an Enterprise Insights Consultant and Vendor Bench supporting evidence-to-decision work.
This RFQ is intended to identify consultants and vendors who can provide flexible, project-based capacity across one or more areas, including:
Research and evaluation design; qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods, geospatial, or data science analysis; data visualization and dashboarding; data engineering and workflow automation; AI/Copilot and responsible automation support; knowledge management and evidence infrastructure; writing, editing, and dissemination; branded product development; web, portal, or internal platform user experience; facilitation, training, project management, and implementation support.
Bench members may be considered for future rapid-response assignments, short-term projects, medium-term projects, or larger scoped engagements. Inclusion in the bench does not guarantee work, a contract, or a minimum volume of assignments. Future work, if any, will be based on Changent’s needs, respondent qualifications, availability, rates, and project-specific scoping.
