- Network Manager
Description
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Manager to lead the Sustained Collaboration Network. This role will oversee the management and strategic growth of the SCN, as well as its field building initiatives and strategic partnerships. The Manager will serve as a key point of contact, facilitating communication and partnerships that amplify the impact of funding efforts nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: In collaboration with SCN Advisory Board and network members, develop and implement strategic plans for network initiatives that align with organizational goals and growth plans
- Stakeholder Engagement: Steward relationships with SCN fund initiative managers, advisory board members, network funders, Collaboration Consultant Community of Practice (CCCoP) and strategic partners
- Program Development: Collaborate with SCN members to identify, plan and execute collaborative field building projects
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct annual surveys to track SCN impact measures and utilize data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Facilitation & Communication: Organize and facilitate meetings, webinars, and annual in-person convenings that promote knowledge sharing and best practices among network members and their funders
- Recruitment & Outreach: Identify opportunities to share SCN’s work with the field, and attract and onboard new network members
- Marketing: Develop and/or maintain SCN’s website, funder toolkit, and presentation materials
- Resource Development: Identify funding opportunities and assist in the development of proposals to secure resources for the SCN
- Administrative Management: Liaise with SCN’s fiscal sponsor to manage SCN’s budget and coordinate all vendor/contractor payments
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably within the nonprofit or philanthropic sectors.
- Strong understanding of the funding landscape and experience working with funders and community organizations.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools; experience with evaluation methodologies preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and foster a culture of inclusivity.
